A 25-year-old San Bernardino woman was arrested on suspicion of murder in the stabbing death of a man in San Bernardino, police said.
On Friday, May 6, San Bernardino police responded to 1400 N. Sierra Way in regards to a call for a stabbing at 11:19 p.m., police said in a press release. Responding officers found 26-year-old Dante Lemar Offutt of San Bernardino suffering from stab wounds, authorities said.
Offutt was treated by medical personnel at the scene and taken to a nearby hospital where he later died from his injuries, police said.
On Saturday, May 7, Enacint Lashae Key was identified as the suspect in the killing and located at 710 N. D Street at 5:30 a.m. and taken into custody, according to San Bernardino County inmate records.
It wasn’t immediately clear what the motive in the killing was.
