GOVERNMENT OFFICES: All federal, state, Riverside County, San Bernardino County and city offices will be closed Monday.
MAIL DELIVERY: Mail will not be delivered Monday.
FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS: Will be closed Monday.
STORES: Most major stores and supermarkets will be open Monday.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Riverside Transit Agency, Dial-A-Ride will not operate on Monday. The Customer Information Center and RTA’s administrative offices will be closed. Bus service will resume on Tuesday.
Omnitrans buses will not operate on Monday. The customer service call center, administrative offices and the San Bernardino Transit Center window will be closed.
Foothill Transit: All buses will follow their weekend or Sunday schedules on Monday.
Metrolink will operate its Saturday schedule on the 91/Perris Valley, Antelope Valley, Orange County and Ventura County lines. A modified Saturday schedule will be provided on the Inland Empire-Orange County Line, while Metrolink trains will not operate on either the Riverside Line or the San Bernardino Line.
Due to a track rehabilitation maintenance project, Metrolink service between Los Angeles and San Bernardino on the San Bernardino Line will be suspended Sept. 3-5. Also, there will be no service to or from the San Bernardino Depot or the San Bernardino Downtown Station along the Inland Empire-Orange County Line.
Alternate transportation will not be provided those three days on the San Bernardino Line, nor will alternate IEOC Line service provided to or from San Bernardino.
Metrolink will operate its regular schedule Sept. 3 and 4 with $10 Weekend Day Passes.
Kids ride free on Saturdays and Sundays. A maximum of three children, age 17 and younger, can ride for free with one adult with valid fare. Kids do not ride free Sept. 5.
Metrolink’s Rail 2 Rail program, which allows Metrolink Monthly Pass holders to travel on Pacific Surfliner trains within station pairs at no additional charge, will be suspended Sept. 2-6.
Amtrak blackout dates do not affect Metrolink shared service on Amtrak Pacific Surfliner trains 761, 770, 777 and 784 on the Ventura County Line.

SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES: Not in session on Monday.
TRASH PICKUP: City of Riverside, city of Redlands, Burrtec, Waste Management of the Inland Empire, CR&R and Cal Disposal Co. will not have service on Monday; service will be delayed by one day. Riverside County and San Bernardino County landfills will be closed Sunday and Monday.
