What Southern California casinos are doing for Super Bowl LVI – San Bernardino Sun

Southern California’s SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles will host Super Bowl LVI, the home base of the Rams, who will face off against the Bengals. The last Super Bowl held in Los Angeles was in 1993, nearly 30 years ago, making football fans in the region more eager to catch a seat at the Los Angeles stadium.

If you didn’t cop any tickets but still want to enjoy the game, Southern California casinos are celebrating with food, souvenirs, appearances from former pro players and more. Here’s what casinos are up to for the game.

Agua Caliente Casinos

360 Sports: The Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Cathedral City locations of 360 Sports will offer “The Big Game Package.” It includes a $25 Agua Caliente food and beverage gift card, $50 in free play, priority seating and game-day giveaways. Early seating begins at 11 a.m. is $200 for general admission and $350 for VIP. Game time seating, which begins after 2 p.m., is $125 and $200 for VIP. Agave Caliente Terraza and The Show: Agave Caliente Terraza in Cathedral City and The Show in Rancho Mirage will also host a watch party. A ticket also includes a souvenir T-shirt and one hot dog. Guests must be 18 or older or accompanied by an adult 18 or older. 2:30 p.m. $20. Tickets are available via aguacalientecasinos.com.

Harrah’s Resort Southern California

The Events Center: The casino will show the game at at its events center and guests who buy tickets can expect special appearances from former NFL stars, including Doug Flutie, Shawne Merriman and Nick Hardwick. Photos and autograph opportunities will be available during halftime.

Buffet stations will feature hot dogs, wings, veggies, a nacho bar, pizza and soft pretzels.

General admission is $45, plus fees, and includes access to watch the game on the jumbo LED screen and side projector screens, 2:30 p.m. entry, food and the halftime celebrity meet and greet. VIP lounge access is $100, plus fees, and includes a 2 p.m. entry, private bars, beer specials, food and the halftime celebrity meet and greet.

Morongo Grand Ballroom: The Big Game Blitz will take place in Morongo’s Grand Ballroom. Guests can expect six television screens playing the game, raffles, a souvenir bag and a souvenir photo. Entry begins at 2 p.m. There will also be cash giveaways for rewards members playing during the game. Must be 18 or older to attend. $54. Tickets are available via Ticketmaster.com.

Pala Casino, Spa & Resort

Kelsey’s: The restaurant will show the game on its TVs. There are no reservations required or cost to enter, but it it’s recommended to arrive early for the best seating. Kelsey’s opens at noon.
