A woman was arrested on suspicion of fatally stabbing her husband in their Upland home late Friday, Oct. 7, authorities said.
Around 11 p.m., officers were responding to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 500 block of E. 7th Street, according to Upland police Sgt. Divin Cenzo. The 73-year-old victim was found inside the home suffering from a stab wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
His identity had not been released on Saturday.
His wife, Debra Gennaro, 69, was taken into custody for the alleged killing. She was booked into jail on suspicion of murder with no bail, records showed Saturday. Information on a motive was not immediately available.
