Shooting kills boy, 16, and injures boy, 17, in San Bernardino – San Bernardino Sun



A 16-year-old boy was killed in a shooting in San Bernardino that also left a 17-year-old boy injured, police said Thursday, April 7.

The shooting happened Wednesday at 8:33 p.m. in the area of Lugo and Ralston avenues, the San Bernardino Police Department said in a press release. Responding officers found two victims and took them to a local hospital, police said.

The 16-year-old was pronounced dead at the hospital while the 17-year-old was listed in stable condition, authorities said.

No information regarding possible suspects or a motive in the shooting was immediately available, police said.

Identifying information for the victim killed in the shooting was not immediately available.
