Shake Shack sets date for Victoria Gardens grand opening, Friday, March 10 – San Bernardino Sun

The Inland Empire’s first Shake Shack will open Friday, March 10 in Rancho Cucamonga, according to the New York City burger chain.

The restaurant is at 12505 N. Mainstreet in Victoria Gardens, an outdoor regional shopping center. It is next to the food hall in space formerly occupied by Jamba Juice.

The restaurant will have a Craftsman-inspired exterior to match its surroundings, the news release said.

Hours will be 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

On opening day, $1 from every sandwich sold will benefit Helping Hands Pantry, based in Redlands.

Shake Shack’s burgers are often pitted against In-N-Out Burger in taste tests. The chain has a larger menu than In-N-Out and is also known for its crinkle-cut fries, frozen custard and shakes.

It opened its first Southern California restaurant in West Hollywood in 2016 and now has several restaurants in Los Angeles County. The closest is in Pasadena.

The chain recently announced its first Orange County restaurant will open in the Irvine Spectrum Center this summer.
