  • Closed: Jan. 12
  • Reason: Sewage overflow

Juan Pollo, 1256 W. Fifth St., San Bernardino

  • Closed: Jan. 11
  • Reason: Insufficient refrigeration
  • Reopened: Jan. 12

Mimi’s Cafe, 395 E. Hospitality Lane, San Bernardino

  • Closed: Jan. 17
  • Reason: Sewage overflow
  • Reopened: Jan. 17

Updates since last week’s list:

Kona Tea & Grill at 1611 E. Main St., Barstow, which was closed Jan. 5 because of a rodent infestation, was allowed to reopen Jan. 6.
