A sex offender from Fontana now faces a felony charge of exposing himself to a minor, the Rialto Police Department said Tuesday.
The department said the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office charged William Polson, 63, with indecent exposure with a prior conviction.
Polson is accused of exposing himself to a 10-year-old near a business in the 200 block of Foothill Boulevard in Rialto on Jan. 8.
During the incident, the victim was able to alert a nearby family member what had happened while Polson allegedly fled — though Rialto police arrested him before he could flee the area.
