Rancho Cucamonga’s James L. Brulte Senior Center offers variety of programs – San Bernardino Sun



After pandemic closures, Rancho Cucamonga’s James L. Brulte Senior Center resumed in-person programming in September 2021 with the opening of the Wellness Pass Gym and since then has continued to add programs.

The center, at 11200 Base Line, is open 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday and offers a variety of free weekly clubs for seniors, according to a news release.

Seniors may also join Wellness Pass to work out in the gym and join Billiards Cove to play pool, among other activities, and the center offers social activities including dances.

The center offers a variety of workshops on topics such as health care, crafting and gardening, and Family Service Association continues to offer weekly frozen meals for drive-through pickup at the center..

West End Family Counseling provides a no-cost social support group 1-2:300 p.m. the first and third Wednesday of the month and a no-cost bereavement support group the second and fourth Wednesday of the month.
