Hockey fans have a chance to buy discounted tickets to the Ontario Reign’s March 27 game and benefit the Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley.
When the Ontario Reign play the Grand Rapids Griffins at 3 p.m. March 27 at the Toyota Arena in Ontario, team members will wear jerseys designed for the Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley’s 50th anniversary. The jerseys will be auctioned off the players’ backs immediately following the game, with proceeds benefiting the Humane Society, according to a news release.
In addition, tickets to the game are $20, up to an $11 savings per ticket, when purchased in advance from the Humane Society. Ticket purchases through the Humane Society will also benefit the society.

The Humane Society is also selling replica jersey T-shirts and replica jersey sweatshirts. They can be purchased in advance at the society’s administration office or during the game at the Humane Society table.
All money raised from tickets, T-shirts and sweatshirts purchased at the Humane Society, as well as from the jersey auction, will help support the Humane Society’s humane education and cruelty investigation programs, according to the news release.
