More than half of San Bernardino County election ballots remain to be counted – San Bernardino Sun



More than 220,000 ballots remain to be counted in San Bernardino County, election officials reported early Wednesday, Nov. 9.

As of 9:40 a.m., the Registrar of Voters had counted 209,549 ballots cast in the Nov. 8 election.

According to officials, there are 221,000 mail-in ballots left to be counted, plus 1,300 provisional ballots and another 1,400 ballots that are damaged, need to be remade or require further review.

The next election update is expected at 4 p.m. Wednesday, registrar officials said.
