A man was shot to death at a Bloomington cemetery, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said Monday, May 23.
The shooting happened Sunday, May 22, at about 12:40 p.m. at the Green Acres Memorial Park and Crematory, located at 11715 Cedar Ave., the Sheriff’s Department said. Deputies responded and found 41-year-old Rogelio Gonzalez of Bloomington with traumatic injuries in the cemetery, authorities said.
Deputies and paramedics rendered Gonzalez medical aid, but he was pronounced dead at the scene, the Sheriff’s Department said.
The suspect immediately fled the scene after the shooting and was not located, officials said. No suspect information was immediately available.
