Man, 23, killed in Upland shooting – San Bernardino Sun

A 23-year-old man was killed in a shooting in Upland early Sunday morning, July 24, that left another person hospitalized, Upland police said.

The shooting took place around 1 a.m. in a parking lot near Foothill Boulevard and North Mulberry Avenue, the Upland Police Department said in a news release. Two victims were found and they were taken to a nearby trauma center, where the 23-year-old man was pronounced dead, police said.

The other victim was reported to be stable, according to the Police Department.

No identifying information was immediately available for either victims.

No suspect information was immediately available.

A sedan was seen wrecked into a median nearby the crime scene, according to footage from news service OC Hawk. It was not immediately clear how the wreck unfolded or who was driving.
