Juancho’s Mexican Food’s Ontario location set to close – San Bernardino Sun

Time is running out for Juancho’s Mexican Food’s original location in Ontario.

The location, 2802 Milliken Ave., Suite B, could close as soon as this week.

Employees gave ongoing construction in the area as the reason for the impending closure.

The restaurant was established in 1997.

Two related restaurants, Juancho’s Mexican Grill & Bar at 2440 W. Arrow Route, Suites 5D & 5E, Upland, which opened in 2015, and Casa Juancho’s Mexican Grill at 3277 Grand Ave., Suite M, Chino Hills, will remain open.

The chain also once had a location in Corona.

Thanks to occasional contributor Timm, who emailed to let us know of the impending closure.

New in Fontana

A new Indian-style pizza chain has come to the Inland Empire.

The Curry Pizza Company opened recently at 11617 Cherry Ave., Suite 2, Fontana, a spot formerly occupied by a Round Table Pizza, which appears to have closed earlier this year.

It’s the first Inland Empire location for the chain, which also has locations in Glendora, Walnut, Stevenson Ranch, Tulare and Fresno.

The chain offers pizza and chicken wings with Indian flavors — chicken tikka masala pizza, butter chicken pizza, tandoori wings and the like — along with more traditional flavors.

Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Thanks to my friend Martha for the tip on the pizzeria’s opening.

Mas taquitos

Roll Em Up Taquitos continues its expansion here in the Inland Empire.

The chain recently opened its first Corona location at 870 N. Main St.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Other Inland Empire locations include Chino Hills, Colton and Victorville. Another Corona location is planned for 3935 Bedford Canyon Road.
