It is getting increasingly easy to celebrate the arts in San Bernardino.
That isn’t by mistake.
Collaboration between city officials and community leaders has brought more arts-centric activities to the downtown corridor.

The latest, SB Arts Fest, brought hundreds to Court Street Square Saturday, March 19.
After a two-year hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic, the all-day arts festival returned to much fanfare. More than 20 artists signed up to display their work and some plied their trade live for onlookers.
Myriad genres of music provided the day’s soundtrack, and food vendors kept guests fueled up for planned festivities.
SB Arts Fest took place not long after San Bernardino received a $720,000 state grant to turn an alley off Fourth Street near Court Street Square into a spot where similar weekend events can be held.
