A driver was killed in a traffic collision in Bloomington on Jan. 16, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner’s Division.

At 12:21 a.m., California Highway Patrol officers responded to the incident at Cedar Avenue and Orange Street.

Tamika Johnson, a 49-year-old resident of San Bernardino, was pronounced deceased at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center on at 2:47 a.m.

No additional information was immediately available.

The CHP was investigating the incident.
