Crews hold Temecula grass fire to 5 acres – San Bernardino Sun

TEMECULA — Cal Fire/Riverside County Firefighters contained a grass fire Sunday in Temecula that scorched an estimated five acres of grass.

The so-called Meadows Fire ignited near Meadows and Temecula parkways just after 4 p.m., according to the Fire Department.

The fire was fully contained as of 7:15 p.m., the department reported.

No injuries were reported and structures were threatened.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
