Art Walk brings electricity, good vibes to downtown San Bernardino – San Bernardino Sun

The atmosphere in downtown San Bernardino was electric Friday, Feb. 18, as it tends to be when community organizers collaborate on something they feel passionately about.

The Downtown San Bernardino Art Walk is one of the things.

Organized by Kristopher Gonzales, Freddy Calderon and Romulo Casillas, the area surrounding Court Street Square in the shadow of City Hall came to life at the conclusion of the work week, offering visitors no shortage of entertainment options.

Art. Music. Good eats and vibes, hundreds saw what could be achieved in San Bernardino with locals leading the way.

Community collaborators included The Arts Connection, The Little Gallery of San Bernardino, the San Bernardino Art Association, Hey SB!, Just SB, Creative Grounds and the Garcia Center of the Arts.

More than a dozen sponsors helped with associated costs, including Viva La Boba, Downtown Fit Camp, the Enterprise Building, Jovi’s Diner, Richard Solis, Diverse Soul, Pure Uncut, Super Abilitees, the Civic Center, Realicore, The Locals Outfitter, Young Samoa, MES PAINT, Chosen Tutoring, Chords Chip and Freedom S.B. Gym.

The next Art Walk is planned for April.
