A free kite festival is coming to the Los Angeles State Historic Park – San Bernardino Sun

The Los Angeles State Historic Park has become a busy venue hosting events like craft fairs and concerts.

And soon the sky above the park will be transformed into a moving display of colorful flying creations with the second annual Community & Unity People’s Kite Festival.

The free festival, which is organized by Clockshop, a Los Angeles-based arts and culture organization, will take place from 2-6 p.m. on May 21 and will include dozens of kites twisting and darting through the sky in flying demonstrations by the American Kitefliers Association as well as other kite masters.
