More than 5,600 ballots still need to be counted in San Bernardino County before the Registrar of Voters releases the final results of the June 7 primary.
The next posting of unofficial returns is scheduled for 4 p.m. Thursday, June 30.
A media representative for the county Registrar of Voters did not respond to emails Thursday requesting a timeline for the release of final results.
About 5,200 mail ballots remain to be processed, according to the Registrar. Additionally, there are 70 provisional ballots and conditional voter registration ballots to be counted, as well as 350 other types of outstanding ballots that need to be tallied.
The county will report its final election results to the secretary of state, which will certify statewide results July 15.
