210 Freeway in Highland, San Bernardino closing due to construction – San Bernardino Sun

Nightly closures of the eastbound 210 Freeway in Highland and San Bernardino due to road work continue this week.

The closures are set from 11:59 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly into Friday morning, May 6, at either Fifth Street/Greenspot Road in Highland or Del Rosa Avenue in San Bernardino, but not both at the same time, according to the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority.

All connectors between the 10 Freeway and the 210 in Redlands are also set to be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Sunday morning. The connector from Highway 330 to the 210 in San Bernardino will also be closed at those times.

Road and ramp closures are slated for several spots along the project area between the 10 Freeway and Del Rosa.

A temporary eastbound crossover lane between Base Line in Highland and San Bernardino Avenue in Redlands is expected to last into July.

Work on the $200 million widening and interchange project is expected to end in summer 2023.
